With the following specifications:a. Provide a new well pump, that is a 25 HP pump - 460 V - 6" b. Using existing pipe and wire. c. Well specifications i. Well #65-93, Application/Claim Number A18620, Certificate Number:4098. Ephraim UT d. Bid pricing must include all costs, but limited to the following: i. All items ii. All travel related expenses iii. All equipment & items iv. All tools v. All labor vi. All supplies vii. Any fees for setup and installation viii. Any and ALL other cost or fees or bondsPlease note:No additional charges will be allowed after the bid is awarded.Evaluation of Quotes: Each bid received shall be evaluated for responsiveness in as outlined in the Utah Procurement Code. Bids submitted must comply with the specification identified in this IFB.Multiple or alternate quotes will not be accepted. If a vendor submits multiple or alternate quotes, Snow College will only accept the bidder's primary bid and will not accept any other bids constituting multiple or alternate bids.Snow College Purchasing may solicit other quotes via email, phone, or other methods as permitted by the Utah Procurement Code or applicable Administrative Rules.
