Issuing Procurement Unit: Snow College Conducting Procurement Unit: Snow CollegeProject Description:Snow College is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to establish a purchase order with the responsive and responsible vendor offering the lowest total cost for furnishing and delivering two (2) BT USA Intramuscular Injection Training Buttocks simulator or approved equivalent.Any alternate product proposed must meet or exceed all specifications listed herein. Vendors submitting alternate products shall provide complete manufacturer literature and specification sheets demonstrating compliance. The selected vendor shall provide all equipment, software, accessories, freight, delivery, documentation, warranty support, and related materials necessary to provide a complete and fully functional training system.Scope of Work:The simulator shall include an epidermis layer, muscular layer, and skeletal frame; support ventrogluteal and dorsogluteal injection practice on both sides; provide real-time injection feedback; support fluid injection and drainage; and operate using AC power or battery power.Required Features and Components• Realistic soft silicone skin with self-healing properties and minimal needle marking • Bilateral ventrogluteal and dorsogluteal injection sites • Real-time feedback for injection location and depth • Fluid injection and automatic drainage capability • Training and evaluation functionality • Bluetooth-enabled connectivity • Touch-screen user interface with dedicated tablet PC for operation, training, and evaluation functions • AC/DC power supply and battery operation • Storage and transport case or bagIncluded Accessories• Buttocks model with holder • Training/evaluation software • AC/DC converter • Battery pack • Drain container and tubing • Storage bag or caseDelivery Requirements:Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Snow College, Utah. All shipping, handling, freight, and delivery charges must be included in the bid price.Warranty:Vendor shall provide manufacturer standard warranty information with the bid response.Evaluation of Quotes: Each quote received shall be evaluated for responsiveness in as outlined in the Utah Procurement Code. This IFB shall be evaluated by the objective criteria described in this IFB. Quotes submitted must comply with the specification identified in this IFB.Multiple or alternate quotes will not be accepted. If a vendor submits multiple or alternate quotes, Snow College will only accept the bidder's primary bid and will not accept any other bids constituting multiple or alternate bids.Snow College Purchasing may solicit other quotes via email, phone, or other methods as permitted by the Utah Procurement Code or applicable Administrative Rules.
