The following minimum requirements must be met by each Bidder: The Bidder shall have at least three years of experience in providing commercial snow plowing, ice/snow removal, and salting services. The Bidder shall possess manpower, equipment, financial resources, and an organization to perform the type, magnitude, and quality of work as specified herein. The Bidder’s office/facility must be located in proximity to the Senator Hughes State Office Building to ensure the Contractor can respond on-site within one hour if needed or requested by the OGS Facility Manager. OGS intends to award one contract to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
