    Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) on behalf of Athens Technical College (ATC) to establish a one-time purchase with one qualified supplier who will provide Dental Chairs (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ. Athens Technical College is requesting the purchase of ADEC Dental Chairs and Stools for the Dental Program. NO SUBSTITUTIONS TO BRAND MAKE OR MODEL. The equipment will be used at the Athens Campus located at 800 US Highway 29 North, Athens, GA 30601. Please review the eRFQ instruction document and the bid specification within the attachments section of the Team Georgia Marketplace Bid Event for more information about this project.
