    Purpose: The City of Havre de Grace seeks competitive, sealed proposals for an ADA compliant sidewalk project located within the Somerset Manor neighborhood, which is a HUD community. The proposed project includes replacement sidewalks in all three (3) Courts of the development and a new sidewalk from Georges Court to Warren Street. Eight new ADA ramps will be included in the sidewalk construction. In total 9,890 square feet of ADA compliant sidewalks and eight ADA ramps would be installed in the three courts of the Somerset Manor development: Stansbury Court, Vancherie Court and Georges Court, in Havre de Grace. Proposal Deadline: August 31, 2026 by 2pm Delivered electronically: HdG Beacon Bid. The Mayor and City Council of Havre de Grace (“the City”) requests bids (hereinafter, a “Bid” or “Proposal”) for sidewalk replacement and installation within the Somerset Manor neighborhood. This is in conjunction with the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, CDBG Grant Project MD-26-CD-21. By submission of a Bid, the Bidder represents that it has the ability to comply with all requirements contained therein.
