Work may include, but is not limited to: • Building, facility, and structural construction, repair, and alteration • Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems • Earthwork, concrete, and asphalt paving • Road repairs, levees, impoundments, and water‑control structures • Pump stations, culverts, and related civil works • Demolition and deconstruction • Boardwalks, piers, gazebos, and similar structures Contractors must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and self‑perform at least 50 percent of services (excluding materials) with their own workforce or that of a similarly situated subcontractor.
