    Description

    Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the South Carson Street Neighborhood Improvement Maintenance Contract. The initial contract will be a twenty-four-month term from July 1, 2026 (or date of executed contract, whichever is first) to June 30, 2028. Three one-year extensions are available after the initial contract period subject to written requests by the Contractor not later than 90 days prior to the expiration of the contract. The required maintenance will include, but is not limited to pruning, watering, irrigation maintenance, weeding, trash clean up, and snow removal on South Carson Street between West Appion Way and East 5th Street. Contractors are encouraged to conduct site visits to the area to become familiar with the work required prior to submitting the bid. See Exhibit A for Maintenance Standards and Exhibit B for Landscape Maintenance Boundaries.
