    Rehabilitation of 4 of the 5 secondary clarifiers, with #3 currently failed and in need of timely repairs. Rehabilitation efforts include but are not limited to, cleaning of all surfaces, rebuilding drive and mechanism for #3, concrete repairs and painting of metal surfaces, replacement of scum baffle, effluent weirs, scum beach supports, inner and outer feed wells and other items further outlined in the construction documents.
