    Description

    Goodwin University is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a public access trail for recreation within the South Meadows located along the east side of the Connecticut River in Wethersfield. The proposed trail will be approximately 1,620 feet in length and 10 feet in width with 2-foot shoulders.
