Alternate 1 – Crane Avenue and Mill Street Improvements consists of full depth reconstruction on Crane Avenue and mill & overlay of Mill Street and Crane Avenue intersection, cement concrete sidewalks and pedestrian curb ramps, granite curbing, drainage improvements, and associated lawn repairs. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All Bids for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended.
