    NOTICE TO CONSULTANTS The University of Utah (U Facilities) is soliciting the services of qualified firms/individuals to perform consultant services for the following project: Project Name: Space Utilization and Allocation Standards Study Project Location: University of Utah Main Campus University Project #: 22954 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The University of Utah seeks a consultant to conduct a comprehensive Space Utilization and Allocation Standards Study for the University of Utah’s main Salt Lake City, UT campus. The University of Utah recognizes that space is a strategic institutional resource directly impacting teaching, research, collaboration, and overall campus experience. The resulting study will allow the University to align physical space resources with both institutional and department strategic objectives. To ensure equitable, efficient, and inspiring environments, the consultant will lead the development of a comprehensive standard for space allocation, in addition to a comprehensive study focused on space utilization across campus. These standards will serve as a framework to guide future strategic planning, renovations, and new construction, promoting consistency. Study Budget: $350,000 The selection shall be under the Value Based Selection method. The Solicitation for Consultants (SFC) documents, including the proposal requirements, the selection criteria and Selection Schedule will be available at 9:00 AM on December 19, 2025 on the BidNet Direct website. A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 10:30 AM on January 6, 2026 via Zoom. All firms wishing to submit on this project must attend this meeting.
