To ensure equitable, efficient, and inspiring environments, the consultant will lead the development of a comprehensive standard for space allocation, in addition to a comprehensive study focused on space utilization across campus. These standards will serve as a framework to guide future strategic planning, renovations, and new construction, promoting consistency. Study Budget: $350,000 The selection shall be under the Value Based Selection method. The Solicitation for Consultants (SFC) documents, including the proposal requirements, the selection criteria and Selection Schedule will be available at 9:00 AM on December 19, 2025 on the BidNet Direct website.
