Surveys will follow Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) protocols and the City’s internal field methods contained in Spawner Survey Methods – Updated 2017‑12‑13 (Attachment C). Surveys must be completed at 7–10 day intervals between September and March each year. Interested vendors may view the solicitation documents on the City of Bellingham website at https://cob.procureware.com/home in person at the Purchasing Office, 210 Lottie Street, Bellingham, Washington, Monday thru Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM.
