    Description

    The District seeks proposals from qualified individuals or firms interested in providing direct and indirect services to students requiring therapeutic and educational services on an “as needed basis”. Solicited s ervices shall include: Speech Language Pathologist Services – English and/or Bilingual; S peech Language Pathologist Assistant Services – English and/or Bilingual; Physical Therapy Services; Occupational Therapy Services; O ccupational Therapy Assistant Services; Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Skilled Nursing Services; Registered Nurse (RN) - Skilled Nursing Services ; Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) Services; Educational Diagnostician Services; and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Other potential services may include: Teacher of the Visually Impaired, Teach of the Deaf & Hard of Hearing, Dyslexia Therapist, Orientation and Mobility Specialist, Audiology Services and Low Vision Services. Proposers are encouraged to submit proposals that include any number of the services listed as the District intends to award multiple contracts for placement on the District’s Approved Provider List to be utilized as needs are identified. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. Acceptance of a proposal response will be submitted to the Board of Trustees for award consideration. Applicants will then be notified of the district’s decision and Board approval. NOTE: If you are currently awarded a contract that has up to 2 remaining years before expiration, you do not have to complete a bid response for this solicitation.
