Proposers are encouraged to submit proposals that include any number of the services listed as the District intends to award multiple contracts for placement on the District’s Approved Provider List to be utilized as needs are identified. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. Acceptance of a proposal response will be submitted to the Board of Trustees for award consideration. Applicants will then be notified of the district’s decision and Board approval. NOTE: If you are currently awarded a contract that has up to 2 remaining years before expiration, you do not have to complete a bid response for this solicitation.
