    The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals is to establish the requirements for qualified offerors to establish a contract with a vendor or multiple vendors to provide staffing for the Chesapeake Public Schools and particularly for the Exceptional Learning Department. The Contractor shall provide credentialed professionals to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local special education laws and regulations.The services provided must support the district’s obligation to provide Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and related regulations.
