The City of Surprise is accepting sealed bids/proposals for RFQu 321136 Ongoing, Special Interest Classes (Continuous Selection) to be received no later than Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 11:00 am.

This Solicitation is open continuously with no closing date. The resultant contracts are awarded as Qualified Vendors for services. Contract periods commence on the Date of Award through a 1-year base period with four 1-year option periods. The Solicitation will stay open continuously for a 5-year period, then a new solicitation will be issued before the end of the 5 year term.

First review of responses will be 05/20/21 @ 11:00AM Local Time. After first review, responses will be reviewed as they are received until the end term of the solicitation. Questions can be submitted on an ongoing basis after that first review of responses.

The bidder shall guarantee the total bid price for a period of 60 days from the date of the bid opening.

  The contract shall be executed by the successful bidder and shall be returned, together with the Payment Bond, Performance Bond and Certificate(s) of Insurance to City of Surprise so that it is received within 14 working daysafter the bidder has received the contract for execution.
