    NYSIF is seeking proposals from qualified firms capable of providing Specialized Workers Compensation Claims Services, as further described in the Request for Proposals (RFP). The service categories include 24/7 Services (Category A), Telehealth Services (Category B), Nurse Case Management Services (Category C), and Return to Work Services (Category D). Failure to include this information in your proposal may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive. Proposals from responsible bidders are due March 26th, 2026, by 2:00 p.m. EST. The calendar of events is detailed in the RFP. Pursuant to State Finance Law § 139-j and § 139-k, this solicitation includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between NYSIF personnel and a prospective bidder during the procurement process.
