NOTICE TO BIDDERS Mariposa County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS) solicits proposals from qualified individuals or agencies to provide: Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS). The County strongly encourages proposals from a wide variety of agencies and organizations. Both qualified new providers and qualified existing BHRS providers are eligible to apply for funds. County Behavioral Health plans are required to provide Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) to children, youth, adults, and older adults. Counties must provide or arrange for the provision of outpatient and inpatient SMHS to clients in the county who meet SMHS medical necessity criteria, consistent with the client mental health needs. SMHS include mental health services, medication support services, crisis intervention, targeted case management services, rehabilitation services, and specialized type of rehabilitation services for clients under 21 years old called Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment Services (EPSDT). All Work contracted under this RFP will not exceed $200,000.00 annually. This project is funded by the Behavioral Health and Recovery Services.
