At a minimum, the Contractor must possess:• A valid California Qualified Applicator License (QAL) issued by the Department of Pesticide Regulaon (DPR),with the appropriate categories for the work performed (e.g., Landscape Maintenance, Right of Way).• A valid Pest Control Business License issued by DPR authorizing the Contractor to perform pest controlservices for hire.• Qualified Applicator Certificates (QAC) for any employees who will apply pesticides under the supervision ofthe QAL holder, as required by law.
