Pre-Bid Meeting Information: Yes Online Q&A: Yes Location Information: Department: Youth, Parks, & Community Enrichment Address: Southside Park - 2115 6th Street, Sacramento, CA 95818 County: Sacramento Other Details: The Contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidentals to provide six (6)pesticide applications, four (4) times a year which consist of four (4) post-emergent and two (2) pre-emergent, for60 City owned parks. Notes: The Contractor shall maintain all licenses and certifications required under California law to perform commercialpesticide applications on public property. At a minimum, the Contractor must possess:• A valid California Qualified Applicator License (QAL) issued by the Department of Pesticide Regula􀆟on (DPR),with the appropriate categories for the work performed (e.g., Landscape Maintenance, Right of Way).• A valid Pest Control Business License issued by DPR authorizing the Contractor to perform pest controlservices for hire.• Qualified Applicator Certificates (QAC) for any employees who will apply pesticides under the supervision ofthe QAL holder, as required by law.
