If addendums are issued on any bid, it is the responsibility of the vendor to review the eBid system for addenda. Bids will be publicly opened at 12510 Windfern Rd, Houston, TX 77064. Bidders are invited to be present at the opening of the bids on the date and time specified. If your company was awarded one of the previous RFPs (#22-07-2040RFP, #23-07-2040RFP, #24-07-2040RFP, or #25-07-2040RFP Spirit Apparel and Promotional Items), you DO NOT need to respond to this proposal, but an updated Electronic Conflict of Interest Questionnaire must be submitted electronically, dated on/or after July 1, 2026 at the following link: https://lf-forms-1.cfisd.net/Forms/COI. Any violation of the immediately preceding requirement may subject the proposal/RFP submitted by the violator to rejection.
