    Description

    Mesquite Independent School District is seeking proposals for the purchase of Spirit Wear and Promotional Items defined as: items to include, but are not limited to; customized items used to promote an event, service or District program including advertising, specialty, premiums, incentives, awards, prizes, apparel (non-uniform) and commemoratives for the students and staff of various schools, organizations, clubs and departments on an “as needed” basis. There is no list of specific items included, simply a request for discount off the entire current catalog or product list your firm may have to offer as a compliant response to this solicitation. Contracts shall be in full force and in effect from the date of award through June 30 of each year. Agreements will auto renew July 1st. of each year unless re-bid at the discretion of Mesquite ISD with the final renewal expiring on June 30, 2030. The estimated annual volume for these contracts will be $200,000.00 + per year, however, the estimate should not be construed to be a guarantee of either minimum or maximum since purchases are dependent upon actually need and available funding. Federal funds may be utilized to procure this service, and all submittals must conform to the procurement standards identified in CFR Part 200 - 200.317 through 200.327. This proposal will be awarded to multiple vendors. on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. As proposal responses are received on a periodic basis, they will be opened, evaluated, and either accepted or rejected by the district. Awards will be made throughout the open period of solicitation and will be made upon acceptance of a proposal response.
