    Description

    CONTRACT SCOPE: Spoken Language Interpreter Services that are delivered through In-Person Interpreting (“IPI”), Over The Phone Interpreting (“OPI”), and via Video-Remote Interpreting (“VRI”) by professional interpreters for Non-Bargaining Unit Work and/or not subject to the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Language Access Providers. All interpretation will be done via consecutive interpretation mode. This Statewide Contract is constructed into three (3) categories: Category 1: In Person Interpreting (IPI) • Prescheduled Standard • Prescheduled Rush Category 2: Over the Phone Interpreting (OPI) • Prescheduled Standard • Prescheduled Rush • On Demand Category 3: Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) • Prescheduled Standard • Prescheduled Rush • On Demand Services within this Contract do not include transcription or other interpreter services (e.g., Sign Language) as these services are available under other contracts. This contract is part of the Language Access Program. This contract includes subcontractors/authorized resellers/authorized distributors who are certified as WA State small, OMWBE, or Veteran-owned. Some contractors may have multiple certifications. See the links at the bottom of the page for all subcontractors and their certifications. Note: not all subcontractors/resellers/distributors are certified. How to Use this Contract 1. Contractors may not provide services outside of the scope of their respective category modalities. 3.
