Contractor shall provide a full bypass system that allows the flow to continue past the Chlorine Contact Basins to the clarifiers while the CCB is offline for repairs. Installation of 16" owner furnished pressure sustaining valve on effluent transfer pipeline. Replacement of two Equalization tank isolation valves. Installation of a new 8” water main from High Service Pump station A to the Plant Water Pump station pipe header including a new backflow assembly and fire hydrant.
