This purchase may include technical support, parts, services, and materials. Intended Single Source: Classic Controls, Inc. Justification for Single/Sole Source Acquisition: Classic Controls, Inc. is our area's regional distributor of Yokogawa products. Lee County Utilities has over 90% of this manufacturer's products throughout our water/wastewater system. These products are a very important part of our compliance process and necessary for plant operations. Recommended Procurement Approach: For the reason(s) stated above, Lee County Procurement Management intends to utilize the Single/Sole Source Procurement method to purchase from Classic Controls, Inc. to supply the above.
