The Fairgrounds is a 375-acre complex which operates year-round, and annually hosts more than 500 non-fair events. The Fair is not only New York’s largest annual event, but also an end-of-summer tradition for nearly one million New Yorkers who travel from all corners of the state for the 13-day annual event. Sponsorship opportunities with the Fair include signage, product identification and sampling, naming rights, along with an agreed upon presence on the Fairgrounds. Rates and the application are available on the departments website at https://nysfair.ny.gov/sponsorship/opportunities/ Applications must be received and sponsorship discussions and assets finalized with sponsorship by April 15th. After this date sponsorship rates will incur a 1.5% increased price.
