The Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) is seeking legislative/regulatory monitoring and representation services at the state level from a registered lobbying firm, ideally with public transit representation experience. Contractor will have well-established relationships with stakeholders in the California Legislature and the Administration. Contractor will understand the nuances of RTA’s work as a public transit agency and as a Joint Powers Authority (JPA) entity. They must also possess the ability to conduct legislative and regulatory analyses independently and at the discretion of RTA. RTA anticipates the award of a firm-fixed priced contract for a two-year base term with three one-year option terms and is expected to be awarded in October 2026.
