The Statement of Qualifications submittal shall include the information listed below. Any requested portion of information not included in the Statement of Qualifications submittal will result in the firm being designated as non-responsive and the firm will then be eliminated from the bid process. 1) A company profile including company background, number of years in business, location, size of firm, and a brief summary of major equipment owned. 2) A summary, including years of experience, of the Contractor’s key office staff and on-site construction foreman who will be assigned to this project. 3) A project listing and reference contact information for a minimum of three major water and/or wastewater projects similar in size and complexity to that of this project and successfully completed by the firm within the past five years. 4) A copy of Maryland Certificate of Good Standing. 5) A copy of Maryland Contractor’s Business License.
