    Description

    The State of Hawaii Department of Health (“STATE”), Adult Mental Health Division (“AMHD”) & Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division (“CAMHD”) are soliciting bids for services to update Hawaii’s Statewide Disaster and Emergency Behavioral Health Response Plan (“Plan”). The purpose of this project is to strengthen Hawaii’s capacity to provide coordinated, evidence-based behavioral health services during disasters and emergencies. The selected vendor shall coordinate and facilitate planning activities, assess existing disaster behavioral health capabilities, update relevant plans and agreements, and support the development and delivery of training and simulation exercises. The Plan shall align with local, state, and federal emergency response framework and be designed to be activated during future disasters and emergencies. Please see attached.
