RFQ 26-14-C28 Station and Turnout Boots The Northwest Fire District is soliciting quotations for Station and Turnout Boots beginning January 1, 2026. The annual quantities listed below are estimates only; actual quantities may vary. Deliveries are to be F. O. B. destination. Products will be purchased on an as needed basis. Offered pricing must remain firm for a period of 12 months. It is the intent of the District to award a multi-term contract for the specified services beginning upon award through December 31, 2028. This multi-term contract may be renewed annually for a total time of contract not to exceed three (3) consecutive years. Renewal shall be a mutual agreement between the awarded firm and the NWFD. Conditions for renewal of the contract shall include, but not be limited to, satisfactory performance of services during the preceding contract term, ability to continue to provide satisfactory services, continued adherence to the requirements of the RFQ, and continued competitive prices for the services and/or products provided under the original contract. You are invited to submit a quote for Station and Turnout Boots. Factors to be considered in making the award include, but are not limited to: cost, conformity with specifications, completeness of response, and lead time. This quote may be awarded “All or None” or “By Item.” Please refer to document attached and provide response to enclosed questions. Upload as an attachment to your response along with pricing specified. Quotes are due by Wednesday, December 31, 2025 @ 2:00 PM via email, fax, mail or by electronic response.
