    The purpose of this project is to remove and replace deteriorated piles, pile caps, stringers and deck boards. The Waterfront Department shall supply all materials for this work unless otherwise noted. The Contractor is responsible for giving the Waterfront Inspector needed materials list in a timely manner, at least three days prior to work beginning. No excess materials or waste materials shall be removed from premises without authorization from the Waterfront Maintenance Superintendent.
