    Pursuant to the provisions of Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, it is the intention of the Spring Independent School District (the “District” or “Owner”) to select a Construction Manager At-Risk (“CMAR”) via a two-step Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) process, for the construction of the District's District Multi-Campus Electrical Project. Persons or entities submitting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) and, if qualified, Price Proposals (collectively “Proposals” or “Offers”) are referred to herein as “Offeror(s)”. The Proposal Opening will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Deadline to Submit Price Bids is on or before 2:00 pm (CST) on February 13, 2026. An award recommendation will be made at the Spring ISD Board of Trustees meeting scheduled on April 14, 2026. Spring ISD uses an online bidding system to post and receive bids electronically.
