    Q (No subject): Please confirm that procurement of a prefabricated trash rack from a third-party fabricator including design & stamped engineering, with no onsite labor or installation services, is acceptable and not considered subcontracting.

    A: Repairs will be made to the existing trash rack either in place (in the wet) or the existing trash rack will be removed, repaired in the dry, and replaced. There is no new trash rack as part of this bid.
