Scope of work includes replacement of all six (6) overhead doors, replacement of all metal siding and roofing, removal of an adjacent 10,000 gallon buried rainwater storage tank, and installation of a new buried non-potable water storage tank behind the Storage 1 facility. 1.2 Important Dates: July 7, 2026 at 11:00AM: Optional Pre-Bid Meeting at the MATERIALS MANAGEMENT FACILITY located at 23400 NY-177, Rodman, NY 13682 Attendance at this meeting is optional. July 14, 2026 by 5:00PM: Question Period Closes No questions will be accepted after this date. Answers to questions will be provided as soon as possible, but no later than 3 days prior to the bid due date. Answers will be provided to all prospective bidders who have downloaded the bid package for this project from the Authority’s website. An email notification will be sent that informs bidders that new information has been posted to the Authority’s website and is available for review and download.
