All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Invitation for Bids shall be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/5684_Street_Light_Cable_Replacement prior to 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarifications will be issued no later than Wednesday, May 13, 2026, to all those who have expressed interest in this IFB through the Bid Locker platform. Bids shall be submitted electronically to the City through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/5684_Street_Light_Cable_Replacement . Bids shall be accepted until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via a virtual meeting. A link to join the meeting will be emailed to all parties who have registered with Bid Locker regarding this IFB. All blanks on each form provided by the City in connection with this Invitation for Bids must be filled in, and no change shall be made to any part of the text of the form.
