Description: The City is requesting services of a qualified electrical contracting firm, which specializes in providing maintenance and repair services for traffic signals and street lighting, flashing beacons, lighted crosswalks, and other City equipment. The scope of services will include maintenance, emergency repair, non-emergency routine inspections, and new equipment upgrade and installation work. The City operates and maintains 47 traffic signals with a variety of signal controllers, 2 HAWK signals, 1 miscellaneous signal at fire station, 11 rapid flashing beacons (RRFB), 5 advance signal flashing beacons and 5 flashing beacons. Anticipated Not-to-Exceed Amount of Agreement. The anticipated not-to-exceed amount for the two-year term of the maintenance service agreement is $1,000,000 ($500,000 per year). Term of Agreement: The anticipated (2) two-year term of the agreement is July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028 with the possibility of up to three (3) one-year extensions.
