Street Sweeping Services

The City of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, is soliciting sealed responses for Street Sweeping Services. Responses are to be submitted via the City's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/pbgfl PRIOR TO 3:00 pm on Friday, June 12, 2026. Late responses will not be accepted.

Project work includes mechanical and/or regenerative-air street sweeping services for public roadways, designated parking lots, and other paved municipal areas. Services include routine scheduled sweeping, special event support, and emergency response sweeping following storms or declared emergencies. 

Background

The City currently contracts with International Sweeping, Inc. dba Facilities Pro-Sweep for citywide street sweeping services. The existing contract was competitively procured five (5) years ago through an Invitation to Bid (ITB) and received two (2) responsive bids.

The contract will expire in September 2026 and does not contain renewal options. A new competitively solicited contract is required to ensure uninterrupted services.

The incumbent vendor has performed satisfactorily throughout the contract term. No documented performance deficiencies, claims, or disputes have occurred. Services have been provided in accordance with contractual specifications.

Street sweeping supports:

Stormwater system protection and US EPA environmental compliance

Reduction of pollutants entering waterways

Debris removal following storm events

Public safety and aesthetics
