    This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in this Section 2, from a contract between the selected offeror(s) and the State of Maryland (“State”). The deliverable will be a study to develop recommendations to expand access to a continuum of behavioral health services for adolescents and young adults in Prince George’s County. It is the State’s intention to obtain goods and services, as specified in this RFP, from a contract between the selected Offeror and the State. This is a single award.
