RFP #PROB 0504 -26 Substance Use Disorder Treatment Programs and Sober Living Environment Recovery Residences for Probation Clients The County of Butte (hereafter referred to as “County”) is seeking firms/respondents (hereafter referred to as “respondent”) to provide residential, intensive outpatient, and/or outpatient substance use disorder treatment, and/or sober living environment recovery residences, for clients of the County of Butte Probation Department (hereinafter referred to as “BCPD”). County intends establish a Qualified Pool to award contracts for up to 5 years to the most qualified firms/individuals based on presentation of the qualification criteria stipulated herein and representation of the greatest overall value to County’s purpose. This Qualified Pool will remain open for 5 years from the date of RFP opening, to additional firms/individuals who meet the requirements of this RFP by County evaluation and notification of acceptance.
