Description

Summit County requests proposals to retain an experienced and qualified consulting firm or individual design professional to prepare sets of Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) plans. These plans will be owned by the Summit County Housing Authority (SCHA) and made available to residents of Summit County to streamline the permitting and design process for accessory dwelling unit construction. A proposer’s conference has been scheduled for July 27, 2026 from 1:00 – 2:00pm via Zoom. Attendance is not mandatory, but interested proposers are encouraged to attend.
