The proposed sewer separation project involves the construction of a large trunk sewer (54” to 60”) along Sunnydale Street from Little Mack to Lake St Clair, including a headwall outlet at the east end of Sunnydale into Lake St Clair. Also included in the project is some water main relocation, sanitary sewer relocation, storm sewer connections, and reconstruction of the existing roadway pavement. Bids will be received by St. Clair Shores until the date and time listed below. The anticipated start date, weather permitting, is March 1, 2027. The project should be substantially completed by October 15, 2027, with final completion by November 19, 2027.
