    SUNY Brockport will receive sealed bid proposals for Project # L02100. The main features of the work shall include, but not limited to: Selective demolition, gc, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work to bring the existing auto training bays up to code. Partial wall removal of existing CMU wall, replacement of exhaust fan, removal of existing concrete, etc. There is an optional site visit on Tuesday March 24, 2026 at 2:00pm starting in the REOC lobby at 161 Chestnut St, Rochester, NY 14604.
