The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Demolition, Concrete Infill, Floor Leveling, Cement Underlayment, Structural Steel, Millwork, Fireproofing, Caulk, Doors, Carpentry, Ceilings, Painting, Tile, VCT, Carpet Tile, Bathroom Accessories, Solid Surface Countertops, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Heating, Electrical, Fire Alarm All work on this Contract is to be completed August 5, 2027. We highly encouraged MBE/WBE/SDVOB companies to participate in this project. Project is subject to New York State prevailing wage.
