    Purchase College is soliciting proposals to provide architectural and MEP design services to make the necessary modifications to four existing spaces in our Visual Arts building to act as surge space for another SUCF project renovation happens in the building. Pre-Bid/Proposal Meeting and Walk-Thru: There will be a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting at 10:00 a.m. on December 9, 2025, in the Capital Facilities Building conference room at Purchase College, 735 Anderson Hill Road, Purchase, New York 10577-1402.
