Questions from Interested Bidders should be forwarded to purchasing@sunysccc.edu not later than July 7, 2026, 2:00 pm ET. Answers will be provided, in the form of an addendum, posted to both NYS Contract Reporter and BidNet Direct, by July 14, 2026. Proposals must be received by the specified date/time detailed in the Timetable of Key Events. Bidders are cautioned to allow ample time for delivery of bids/proposals in order to avoid rejection due to a missed deadline caused by a courier delayed delivery.
