All vendors agree to provide services and products as required within the time limitations designated by the Fort Worth ISD upon receipt of an Fort Worth ISD Purchase Order. It is the intent of this Solicitation to establish an Hourly Rate for Service Providers and discount (%) from list or catalog pricing. Proposers should indicate a primary discount (even if the discount is "0%" or list or catalog price), but may offer multiple discounts by category and/or total purchase. These items will normally be purchased in small quantities on an "As Needed" basis by more than 125 campuses and departments throughout the city of Fort Worth and Tarrant County.
