    Description

    The Fort Worth Independent School District is accepting RFP's (Request for Proposals) for Supplementary Aids and Services, Assistive Technology (AT) and Related Services for Special Education that will be purchased on an "as needed" basis seeking highly qualified persons and or firm to provide Professional Services. The period of performance is from date of award to December 31, 2026, with the option to renew for four (4) additional years in one (1) year increment. These services shall be purchased on an "AS NEEDED" basis, with FIWSD making the sole determination of need. Multiple vendors awards are anticipated to provide the district with a variety of resources for needed services. All purchase orders dated and issued will be subject to the terms and conditions of this RFP. All vendors agree to provide services and products as required within the time limitations designated by the Fort Worth ISD upon receipt of an Fort Worth ISD Purchase Order. It is the intent of this Solicitation to establish an Hourly Rate for Service Providers and discount (%) from list or catalog pricing. Proposers should indicate a primary discount (even if the discount is "0%" or list or catalog price), but may offer multiple discounts by category and/or total purchase. These items will normally be purchased in small quantities on an "As Needed" basis by more than 125 campuses and departments throughout the city of Fort Worth and Tarrant County.
