    The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Game & Fish Department (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. MT on January 21, 2026, for the supply and delivery of boat docks at the Lower Fremont Lake, Pinedale, Wyoming. Project Description: The project will consist of supply and delivery of boat docks for Lower Fremont Lake, located in Sublette County, Wyoming. Docks are to be delivered to Wyoming Game and Fish Department located in Pinedale and delivery will be coordinated with Game & Fish. Companies wishing to download plans must have a publicpurchase.com account. Only SIGNED bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. A MANDATORY Pre-bid meeting will be conducted, virtually, at 9:00 a.m.. MST on WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 7, 2026 via GoogleMeet. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. MT on January 13, 2026. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on January 14, 2026. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. on January 8, 2024, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. Note: All bids must be signed and uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 1:00 p.m. MT on the due date indicated in the document.
