Citrus County, Florida (“County”) invites interested parties to submit sealed bids to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to supply and deliver off-road diesel fuel to the Citrus County Central Landfill. The awarded contractor will provide approximately 1,600 gallons per week of red-dyed off-road diesel fuel to the fuel dispensing tanks located at: Citrus County Central Landfill, 230 W. Gulf to Lake Highway (US Hwy 44), Lecanto, Florida 34461. Deliveries shall be scheduled on a pre-arranged weekday, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Fuel deliveries will be invoiced based on net gallons delivered and supported by a metered delivery ticket provided to the County at the time of delivery. The County reserves the right to verify tank levels accordingly. The successful bidder must provide proof of terminal bill of lading net pricing on initial deliveries and whenever pricing changes occur during the contract term.
