    Description

    SUNY Stony Brook University Hospital intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355 (5) (a), which is up to $125,000, for the above noted commodity/product or sesrvice. A sealed bid will not be held. Vendors must provide proof of Certification/Authorization from Inspirata to manage all aspects of E-Path's product development, quality assurance and software service support. Interested vendors must contact the appropriately designated Hospital contact in this advertisement within 15 business days of this Advertisement Notice. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 J & K, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement are the two individuals listed below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract to debarment from sales to any NYS agency.
