The City of Bellingham (City) is seeking written statements of qualification from Professional Land Surveying consulting firms for 39B-2026 Survey For: East Bellingham Overlays-RFQ. PROJECT DESCRIPTION Professional services performed by the Consultant consist of surveying and mapping. The ES592 project includes road resurfacing and sidewalk ramp improvements/installations at various locations along Orleans Street, Undine Street, St. Paul Street, Puget Street, Ellis Street, Wilkin Street, 40th Street and McLeod Road. Surveying and mapping are anticipated to be conducted beginning in October 2026. Base maps and survey point files are to be delivered to the city by December 31st, 2026. Additional surveying and mapping services for the projects may be added or removed dependent upon funding availability and project design requirements. SUBMITTAL All proposals shall be received no later than 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. Late or misdirected proposals will not be considered. The City invites all interested parties to respond to this RFQ by submitting their SOQ documents on the City website at https://cob.procureware.com/. The City of Bellingham, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin or sex in consideration for an award.
