Invitation for Bids 20260202 - TVM Site PrepIFB The Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority (SRTA), dba SRTA is issuing an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the services described as follows. The Authority will receive Bids related to costs necessary for the preparation of various sites which will host ticket vending machines (TVM). There will be two (2) Contracts, one (1) for electrical work and one (1) general trades construction (GTC) for site preparation. SRTA serves and maintains locations in Adams, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Harrisburg City, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Snyder, Union and York Counties. This solicitation covers Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, and York Counties. All Bids and contracts are subject to all applicable Commonwealth and Federal laws and to a financial assistance contract between the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), and the SRTA. All costs incurred by Bidders in the development of their responses to this IFB are the sole responsibility of the Bidding firms. No such costs will be reimbursed by the SRTA. Furthermore, Bidding firms must not include such costs as part of their cost proposals to perform any work described in this IFB. The Authority reserves the right to postpone, accept or reject any and all Bids and to waive any informality in the IFB process as the Authority may deem in its own best interest. Bids received after the specified closing time will be considered late Bids and will not be evaluated for award. Misdirected submittals will not be accepted.
