    Description

    The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), Information Services Division (ISD) is seeking responses from potential Suppliers to provide a contract for a Leave Administration System to provide Oklahoma state agencies and affiliates a comprehensive system to assist in the administration of employee leaves, including but not limited to those covered under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including Stay-at-Work/Return-to-Work (SAW/RTW) support services that include case management and ADA accommodation guidance, and related state and federal regulations. OMES wishes to reduce costs and downtime by contracting with a company with documented experience and expertise. The Contract is awarded as a Mandatory Statewide contract on behalf of the State of Oklahoma’s Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Human Capital Management (HCM). All state agencies and state affiliates may avail themselves of this contract.
